Dr. Craig moved to the Roaring Fork Valley from Guam most recently. He is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and has been a pediatrician for over 20 years. He received
his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed his pediatric residency at Naval Hospital Oakland and Oakland
Children’s Hospital. He enjoys being
outdoors and likes to ride his bike.
He is looking forward to meeting you
and partnering with you in the care of
your children.

We offer “Thimerosal Free” Flu Mist and/or Flu Shots on a Walk-in
basis between Noon and 2pm in our Glenwood Springs office.
Flu Mist $35 pre-pay/dose—Flu Shot $25 pre-pay/dose
They are also available during regularly scheduled appointments.

the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS), a
confidential, statewide immunization record tracking system. You can choose to exclude your/your child’s shot
information from CIIS at any time. Please ask your
healthcare provider for information.
