KEYNOTE SPEAKER: William J. Keimig
William Keimig is currently the Director of Religious Education at St. Mary’s of Piscataway Catholic Church in Piscataway,
Maryland. His duties include directing adult formation, RCIA,
oversight of the youth group, sacramental preparation, catechist training, and catechesis of the parish’s children in the day
school and Sunday school. Mr. Keimig also serves as a master
catechist in the Faith Foundations Catechist Formation Program for the Archdiocese of Washington, DC. In addition to
his in-diocese work, Mr. Keimig serves as a speaker and writer
in many other venues. He served for nine years as the Director
of the Association for Catechumenal Ministry (ACM), which
assists dioceses in training clergy and laity to do RCIA ministry. Mr. Keimig holds a BA in Government and Politics, a
Master’s Degree in Public Management from the University of
Maryland, and a Master’s Degree in Theology and Christian
Ministry from Franciscan University in Steubenville, and is
completing a doctorate in ministry at Catholic University of
America. He and his wife, Heather, have six children running
around, Rose, William, Julianna, Theodore, Elizabeth, and
Gregory.
