In our dismissal lines, parents/guardians must display the Arrival/Dismissal Placard provided by CCS. If you do not display the placard, you will be asked to park your vehicle and go to the main office and show ID before your child is released. We do this not to irritate you or slow you down. We do this for the safety of our students. 2. When requesting an early dismissal, please remember to add the 5-10 minutes of time necessary in the main office when you arrive to pick-up your child. As an example, if you need to be driving off campus by 1:30pm, please request an early dismissal time of 1:20pm and arrive at 1:20pm to initiate the sign-out process. Registration forms for Basketball Intramurals and our WeCan! Program are available on the Athletics page of the CCS website. The st th programs are open to students in 1 -5 grades. Interested? Return completed registration forms with payment by th Wednesday, Jan. 28 . See the forms for program-specific details. If necessary, participants will be selected via a lottery. Participant rosters will be posted on the Athletics page of the CCS website on Feb. nd 2 . Attention Seniors & Families 2015-2016 Calendar CCS’s 2015-2016 school year calendar has not been approved or distributed. Our Board of Trustees will review a draft of the 20152016 calendar during their January meeting. Once the Board approves the 2015-2016 school year calendar, it will be posted on our website and emailed to families. Please do not call our main offices requesting this information. FAFSA Completion Night (for financial aid) is being held in the 535 Library on Tuesday th January 13 at 7pm.
