Next Sunday is “Opportunity Sunday” in which Pastor Jim will be
challenging us to use our spiritual gifts in service here at Meadowlands. Opportunity knocks, will you answer?
For members only, in our annual business meeting on Wednesday,
January 21, we will be voting on deacon nominations for Anthony
Neumann, Paul Stephens (1yr) and Robert Lummerding (3yr).
All ladies and teen girls are invited to a brunch for our new youth
pastor’s wife, Brittany Utley, on Saturday, January 24 in the Fireside Room. Please sign up on the bulletin board in the foyer if you
are able to bring a food item.
Tickets for the Men’s Wild Game Dinner (February 20 at 6:30 PM)
go on sale today at the Information Desk for $20. Please contact
the church office if you would like to donate any wild game/fish for
the event. We would also be interested in any pictures of your
hunting expeditions. Shane Berrisford will be head chef for the
event.
Pastor Nate will be meeting with all the parents of teens on Sunday
evening, January 25, up in the Teen Room. He will be discussing
upcoming activities as well as addressing an important topic related to youth.
