SIS MEETING
We have our first SIS (Sisters in Starlight) meeting of
2015 on Tuesday, February 10th at 7:00 pm. Please bring
your favorite Valentine’s Day dessert. This is a great
time of food and fellowship with the ladies of Starlight.
Nursery will be provided. See Sylvia Stephen with any
questions.
PARKING
The City of Winter Springs has asked us not to park on
Hayes Road for church services. They do not want to put
up “No Parking” signs on the other side of Hayes Road
but the asphalt is being damaged. Thank you!
The Wild Game Dinner is quickly coming upon us on
March 7th. This is a big evangelistic event for the
church. Please keep an eye out for upcoming
announcements. We will need help with the parking lot,
serving, outreach, flyer distribution, etc. We will
certainly need a “whole church” effort to make this a
success. Thank you!

PROVE THE TITHE
TODAY is our annual “Prove the Tithe Sunday”. This is
the day we take God at His Word and accept the
challenge in Malachi 3:10. This is a challenge to: TITHE
(give ten percent of all increase before taxes) and GIVE
an OFFERING (an amount above the tithe that you
choose to give). The Bible teaches us to grow in the
grace of giving. So every member is challenged to raise
their giving by faith, trusting God to supply your needs.
