Instruction to Participants
1) The following candidates are selected for the Inter University Round which is from 21st - 23rd January 2015 at
Maharashtra Animal And Fishery Sciences University, Nagpur.
2) Eligibility Criteria Regarding the participation of Teachers in the Avishkar As per Eligibility Rules For 9th Maharashtra State Inter University Research Convention, only the Teachers who are
pursuing their M. Phil / Ph. d will be allowed to participate and not those who have completed their M. Phil/Ph. D
Degree/s and guiding the students for M. Phil/Ph. D,
2) The coaching workshop will be on Friday 16th Jan 2015 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All candidates who are selected for
Inter University Round should be present for the Coaching Workshop with their poster and PPT presentations.
3) Those who have not submitted their Hard Copy, Soft Copy of the project, 2 Passport Size Photographs and Birth Date
Proof (Birth Certificate Or HSC Certificate), Should submit it on the day of Coaching Workshop.
4) As per the Rules and Regulations given by 9th Maharashtra State Inter University Research Convention Only one
student is allowed to present the Project. So the selected projects in which there are more than one participant, the
Project members should inform us about the name of the presenter by 13th Jan 2015.
