Here's What's Going On at Iao School
1. STAR Math Testing for all students this week, January 20-22;
STAR Reading next week
Q: What does STAR mean?
A: Standardized Testing And Reporting
STAR testing will begin this week in Math and continue the following week in Language Arts.
This will be the 2nd administration of STAR testing this year and it is an important tool in
tracking our students progress. It also gives us a chance to recognize students who are doing well
academically. Awards will be given in each grade level.
Parents/Guardians are asked to make sure your child goes to bed early, comes to school on time,
have a healthy breakfast, and a great attitude.
