2. MINIMUM LEGAL AGE
We can only sell alcoholic beverages to consumers of at least 18

that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you meet the minimum
legal age for purchasing alcoholic beverages in your country of
residence.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The bottles that we offer, are sometime very old and sometimes the
labels and packaging may not be in their original condition. By placing
an order with rarescotchwhiskies.com, you confirm that you understand
this condition.
Our display pictures are always done with great accuracy but if you
would like confirmation for the condition of individual products please
contact us before placing an order.
Prices and specifications may change without notice, and products are
subject to availability
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We take great in care in ensuring that the stock is up to date in the
website. In the unlikely event that an intended purchase is out of stock,
we will inform the purchaser promptly.
5. BILLING ADDRESS POLICY:
We are committed to providing high levels of security to our customers
and ourselves.Situations may arise where we ask for Proof of ID. This
may be in the form of your Passport (a scan or photograph may be
requested), a copy of your Credit/Debit Card statement which confirms
the BILLING address. We may also ask you to obtain a transaction
authorisation code confirming the transaction, thus confirming you are
the cardholder.
These are steps that we take to prevent fraud, so please do not be
offended if asked.
6. DELIVERY
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Goods sent by Rare Scotch whiskies always require a adult signature
upon receipt.
We ship with in UK and shipping costs ARE based upon product size,
weight and destination.
We have 3 zones in the UK. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone.
Zone 1
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands.
The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3
Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW,
PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR2125
Please note: we don’t ship to the Channel Islands.
7. RETURNS
Purchasers may cancel the order by informing us within 28 days after
receiving the delivery. Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in
original condition together with the original invoice within 7 days of the
date cancelled. We will refund the purchase within 30 days of you notifying
us about returning the product. The cost of returning the product is the
responsibility of the customer.
The cost of returning the product to Rare Scotch whiskies and the liability
for damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
8. TAXES & DUTIES
The products sold at rarescotchwhiskies.com are subject to UK taxation.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Whenever we obtain your Personal Information, we use commercially
reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
However, we are not insurers of the security of your Personal Information.

in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third
