Program Highlights
XX Covers industry basics and reviews each step of a
residential closing.
XX The three-day program consists of daily classes
and is structured around a typical residential
closing, incorporating discussion of current forms
and procedures.
XX Presentations will address all phases of a closing
transaction, including receipting the contract,
abstracting and examining, preparing the
commitment and HUD-1 statement, closing the
sale and production of the final
title policies.
XX The 2015 School will feature interactive testing
throughout the three-day program that will serve to
reinforce the student’s learning and retention. Upon
completion of the School, each student will receive a
final report detailing his or her testing performance.
XX This program will help you prepare for TLTA
Professional Certification and earn you up to
21 hours toward applying for the Certification exam.

Insurance for the Land Title School.
An application for accreditation has been approved by The State Bar of Texas for a total of 21 credit
hours. Up to 9 hours of Elective credit will also be awarded by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
