RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE APRIL 17TH.
Kettunen Center is located at 14901 4H Drive, Tustin, MI 49688. From 131 take exit 168 (Tustin), turn left 5 miles to 145 th
Avenue (just past Center Lake Bible Camp). Turn left. From M-115, turn onto 20 Mile road, go about 8 miles to 145th Avenue.
Turn right.
Specific meal choices are not offered as we will be having a buffet.

Reservations must be made through your 15-B Uniserv office only; no other reservations will be honored. Please completely fill out the
form below and submit it with $16.00 per person to the MEA Uniserv Office, 1337 N. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601.
