*Don’t commit to a 45 minute session and wonder what else you might be missing, you can “try before you buy” with a program of Thought Starters. We present three diverse topics as a series of 10 minute highlights
packages. Concise, to the point, and highlighting key take-outs. So you choose the topic that’s most interesting and relevant to you. It’s about giving you the option to explore the content you need.
^Experience and learn the keys to this ancient eastern practice, learn a few simple techniques that can change your work and home life, help you gain focus, clarity and direction, clear brain noise, manage your
emotions and master your mind – and feel the effect immediately in this session.
