As a key member of our Collections Department, you will play an integral role in managing both mobile and
fixed site blood collection operations, while ensuring a positive customer experience and a safe work
environment. In addition, you will oversee clinical and management direction for the technical and nontechnical activities associated with the overall collection process, and adherence to established
policies/procedures as defined by the NYBC, FDA, NJ/NYS DoH and affiliated organizations.
Responsibilities will include:
 Assisting Account Managers’ with on-site planning and problem-solving
 Initiating and supporting all marketing programs to increase collections
 Maintaining all regulatory guidelines according to SOPs and NYBC policies
 Supporting in-services staff and documenting training appropriately regarding new directives,
policies, procedural changes and informational messages
 Utilizing assessment skills to identify and prevent donor reactions and determining appropriate
nursing measures to be initiated
 Acting as a professional resource to donors, staff, chair people and all other internal and external
customers
 Assuming total responsibility of assigned collection site, fixed site location and promoting positive
communication to enhance self and the organization
 Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the donation process that results in a positive
outcome regarding the safety of the product, donor and staff
 Supporting, initiating, and educating positive customer service to internal and external customers
 Coaching, guiding, counseling, and educating staff
 Identifying and implementing process improvements
To qualify, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in NJ, with current CPR certification, and 2-3 years
of progressively responsible clinical/management nursing experience. Superior oral/written communication,
customer service, organizational, leadership and PC skills will be expected, as will flexibility in schedule as
necessary. Candidates will also need to be able to travel throughout the state of New Jersey, and be
available to work on the Weekends, plus three days during the week.

CHIEF NURSING OFFICER – Full Time
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for the development and implementation of the plans for providing

medical, clinical and therapeutic disciplines to ensure optimal service and superior outcomes.

NJ State RN license • Master’s Degree, BSN • Previous management experience required • Minimum 5 to 8 years in an

RN NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR – Full Time
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of patient care programs,
policies, and procedures that describe how patients' needs for nursing care, treatment, and services are assessed,
evaluated, and met. Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with one covering weekend per month. Must
have at least 3 years charge/supervisor experience in a hospital setting. RN, BSN required.
