NOTE:
1. Computer, Art and G.K Exam of Classes I – V will be conducted in zero period on the
following dates:
G.K : 26.02.15 (Thu)
Art : 27.02.15 (Fri)
Comp : 02.03.15 (Mon)
There will be no preparatory holiday before these exams.
2. There will be regular teaching periods after Computer, Art and G.K exam.
3. On all exam days students will report to school at normal school timings i.e. 7:55 A.M.
4. Assessment tests for Classes I – V of Music & Physical Education will be conducted during
regular periods from 16 Feb 2015 to 20 Feb 2015.
5. From 3 March 2015 onwards only non-exam days will be observed as preparatory holidays.
6. There will be regular assembly during the examination days at the normal time. The students
will go straight to the classrooms according to the seating plan.
7. The exam timings for classes I – V will be from 0830h to 1045h. The students will go home
after 1145h along with the students of classes VI - X. For classes I – V, Revision work for the
next exam will be done in the Class from 1045h.
8. The Buses will ply accordingly from 0755h to 1145h on all exam days.
9. The PTM to declare the result will be held on 24 Mar 2015(Tue) as per the following
schedule and roll number wise slots allotted to the students from 1030h to 1330h.

10. The new session for classes I-IX will commence on 06.04.2015 (Monday) and the timings
will be 0725h to 1340h. The students will report in summer uniform.
11. The books, notebooks and school uniform for the next class will be available from the school
facility block.
12. It is recommended to procure books and uniform from school vendors to maintain uniformity
and to avoid any distortion in material, colour, quality, style, price etc. of any item.
