NOTE:
1. Art Exam of Class IX and X will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on 27.02.15 (Fri)
2. On all exam days students will report to school at normal school timings i.e. 7:55 A.M.
3. 01 Mar 2015 to 10 Mar 2015 will be observed as preparatory holidays.
4. All non-exam days will also be observed as preparatory holidays.
5. There will be regular assembly during the examination days at the normal time. The students
will go straight to the classrooms according to the seating plan.
6. The exam timings for classes IX – X will be from 0830h to 1145h. The Buses will ply
accordingly from 0755h to 1145h on all exam days.
7. The PTM to declare the result will be held on 07 Apr 2015(Tue) as per the following schedule
and roll number wise slots allotted to the students from 1030h to 1330h.

8. The new session for class X will commence on 08.04.2015 (Wed) and the timings will be
0725h to 1340h. The students will report in summer uniform.
9. The books, notebooks and school uniform for the next class will be available from the school
facility block.
10. It is recommended to procure books and uniform from school vendors to maintain uniformity
and to avoid any distortion in material, colour, quality, style, price etc. of any item.
11. First List of provisional allotment of streams to class XI will be displayed on
13.04.15(Mon).The new session for classes XI will commence on 15.4.2015 (Wed) and the
timings will be 0725h to 1340h.
