Registation shall be on the day of event and shall close hall an hour
before the event commences.
No last minute entry shall be entertained.
Each participant shall be required to produce her/his identity card on
demand.
Each participant is alos required to carry an authority letter from the
Principal of the concerned college.
Decision of the Judges shall be final and binding.
Concerned teams shall kindly bring only audio CDs and no MP3 CDs.
Attractive cash prizes and certificates shall be awarded to winners.
P.S. Informal Events shall be held on Day1 and Day2 in college premises.

Rule
Fitoor : Street Play : August Kranti Lawn, 11.00 am

Duration
: 18 min.
Registration Details:
Registration will begin at 8.30 am sharp. First 15 teams to register will get to
compete.
Teams are required to bring a hard copy of their scripts, synopsis and a list of
performing members.
The team shall consist of not more than 20 people including Music accompanists.
A minimum of Six (6) actors can be included in the team.
Teams will be given an open air venue to perform.
Language can be either Hindi/ English or both.
Only live Music is allowed.
Judging Criteria: Dramatization, Screenplay, Script, Crowd interaction and overall
impact.
No abusive language should be use. Obscenity would lead to immediate
disqualification.
The team should adhere to the time limit.
The decisions of the judges will be final and abiding.
Minimum use of Props should be appreciated
Teams should register at least one hour before the event
Prize: Rs. 3000 and Rs. 2000
