WORLD TRIBAL CONFLUENCE WHICH IS SCHEDULED TO BE HELD

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last date and time for dropping the EOI through India Post/by hand:
02-03-2015 up to 3:30 p.m.
The tender will be opened on:
02/03/2015 at 4:30 p.m.
1. EOI are invited for Providing, Erecting & Furnishing Tents/Stalls/Stage and supporting
Infrastructure for Art & Craft Fair and Exhibition during World Tribal Confluence to be held in
front area of New Administrative Building of IGNTU, Amarkantak, scheduled from 12 th march
to 20th March 2015 from intending service providers / suppliers/Tent Houses on or before 02th
March, 2015 upto3:30 p.m.
2. The supply of material should be of standard specification. No compromise on quality would be
made. In case, it is found at some stage that the quality supplied is inferior, the contract will be
cancelled and firm black listed.
3. The supplier has to supply and install the items well before 11th March 2015 i.e. one day in
advance before the scheduled inauguration date and time of the Fair being conducted on 12th
March,2015
4. Security amount of Rs. 40,000/- is required to submit in shape of Bank Draft in favour of
Registrar, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak.
5. Tender paper will be submitted through India Post/By hand on or before 2th March 2015 at 3:30
p.m.
6. The authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all the EOI without assigning any
reason thereof.
The following works will be required to be taken up:
1. Providing, Erecting & Furnishing Tents/Stalls/Stage, Entrance Gate and supporting
Infrastructure for Art & Craft Fair and Exhibition during World Tribal Confluence.
2. The scope of work will include Execution of works, Management and Supervision at
the site, including exterior and interior furnishing & allied services etc. and the
contractor/firm who will be assigned this work shall be developing this in consultation
with the Organising Committee of World Tribal Confluence (Conclave).
The quotationers should quote their lowest possible price for the following items on rental basis. The
