Any importer seeking continued Tariff Concession Order coverage of these goods should lodge a new Tariff Concession Order application within 28 days of this notice to provide adequate time to process replacement applications prior to revocation. Any replacement application will be subject to current criteria for acceptance and granting of a Tariff Concession Order.
