CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 269K(1) - APPLICATIONS MADE FOR TARIFF CONCESSION ORDERS
Applications have been lodged for Tariff Concession Orders for the goods described in the following TABLE.
Australian manufacturers who wish to contest the granting of a Tariff Concession Order for the goods described
are invited to lodge a submission in writing in an approved form. Submissions must be lodged within 50 days
of the date of publication of this Notice.
The operative date (Op.) and TC reference number follow the description of goods.
To assist local manufacturers, the use(s) to which the goods can be put follow the description of goods.

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 269SD(5) - TARIFF CONCESSION ORDERS TO BE REVOKED
The Tariff Concession Order for the goods described in the following TABLE contains a description of the goods
in terms of their intended end use. Section 269SD(5) provides for the revocation of Orders in this
circumstance. Consequently, the Tariff Concession Order listed below will be revoked from 02 April 2015.
Any importer seeking continued Tariff Concession Order coverage of these goods should lodge a new Tariff
Concession Order application within 28 days of this notice to provide adequate time to process replacement
applications prior to revocation. Any replacement application will be subject to current criteria for
acceptance and granting of a Tariff Concession Order. The current existence of any of these Orders is NOT
acceptable evidence of the absence of any local manufacturers of substitutable goods. Applicants must
establish that there are reasonable grounds for asserting that the application meets the core criterion
through normal enquiries.
In transit provisions will NOT apply.
