The HX20000 consists of a multilayered cast 3.1mil (80µm) PVC and a release liner with structured HEX’Press adhesive. The product is specially designed
for full vehicle wraps and vehicle markings in general. Due to its thickness it preserves its color even under strong deformation. It is convenient and
effortless to apply and remove. The HX20000 makes application easy due to its structured adhesive that facilitates air egress.

For windows, think about using microperforated MICRO2, PC50MICP2 laminates for curved surfaces and PG836 for flat glazed

Which HX100 to choose?
For a normal tack during application, we advise
the new HX100NTWG2. This product can be applied
starting from 50°F (10°C).
For a lower tack to make application easier, we
recommend HX100WG2. This product should be
applied at between 68°F and 77°F (20 and 25°C).

Protection films
Body paint protection: Carprotect
Carprotect is a gloss or matt transparent adhesive film specially developed for the protection of car bodywork. Thanks to its excellent
antishock properties, it protects your car body against the impact of stones, insects, car doors, washing brushes, etc.
The film was successfully tested by the SERCOVAM independent laboratory according to the standards defined by French Car Manufacturer Renault® in its
specification for "adhesive films for protecting body paint". It revealed that Carprotect offers total resistance to chipping, sunlight, rubbing, fuel, car-wash
brushes and high-pressure cleaners. The results of these studies are available on simple request.

Session 1: Basic Wrap Course

Session 2: Pro Wrap Course
QThis training is aimed at confirmed installers wishing to explore the more advanced
techniques of wrapping a vehicle: front and rear bumpers, rear view mirrors, vents,
door handles, delicate cutting, etc.
The "Pro Wrap" training course is only available to installers who have already attended
the "Basic Wrap" training course or another course given by an instructor approved by
the HEXIS training centre.
