(22 March - 2 April 2015, Dubai)
Course Description
Who Should Attend?
This course presents the concepts and techniques of preventive maintenance and condition monitoring techniques. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of managers, engineers,
assistants and all technical personnel involved in maintenance.
The course starts with maintenance concepts and techniques
and spare parts management system. It covers the role, impact,
cost, and benefits of preventive maintenance. It also covers
the condition based maintenance techniques and preventive
maintenance software. In additional to Perform preventive maintenance and monitor condition using vibration and engine analyzers, boroscope inspection, lube oil sampling. Etc. The measuring failure and failure analysis are discussed in details. The
course covers the new maintenance techniques and programs
like reliability centered maintenance and total productive maintenance. Condition monitoring like vibration monitoring, thermal
monitoring, electrical monitoring and other new monitoring techniques will be covered in details. By the end of the course, the
attendees will be able to improve the preventive maintenance
and monitor condition techniques and learn more advanced
maintenance techniques suitable to their own facilities.
Operators, technicians, maintenance personnel, and engineers in the fields of: industry, gas turbine plants, heavy
industry, electricity and water authority, chemical processing industries and oil industry.
