Redstick Round Up 2016: The 4th Dimension Convention
January 8-10th 2016
The Red Stick Roundup kicked off its 2016 "4th Dimension Convention" preparations
on Sunday. We hope to exceed the 800 registrants we had in the last 2 years, and to
rebuild our depleted prudent reserve.
We are considering some changes to the typical format. Your anonymous comments
and opinions, via the Red Stick Roundup website* will sway the outcome. Here goes:
1. Cancel the Saturday dance.
- replace it with some high participation event
- save $600, equivalent to 60 scholarships
2a. Consider Bingo for the Saturday afternoon entertainment.
2b. Consider a karaoke show as an alternative to bingo.
If you go with Bingo, we'll be looking for you to donate some of the prizes. We look
forward to hearing from y’all.
