Integrating mindfulness practices into
our clinical work requires the capacity
to meet our own distress, and that of
our clients, with attention, compassion,
and resilience. This workshop will offer
practical ideas for bringing
mindfulness into psychotherapy. It will
also suggest effective practices to
enhance the qualities of attention,
compassion, and resilience within
ourselves.
