April 29 4-6 pm Executive Dining Room
An evening of Dining Etiquette Does all that silverware, glassware, and china in formal dining confuse you? Where are you supposed to put your napkin when you’ve finished eating? What do you do with that piece of gristle in your mouth? What you don’t know can hurt you! Business meetings are often conducted while sharing a meal and business relationships are developed and strengthened during social interactions. In this global atmosphere, polished dining skills are essential. Your table manners (or lack thereof) may be a deciding factor in securing a signed contract, a job offer or a promotion. It is up to you to seize every opportunity to distinguish yourself and your employers from the competition.* April 29 4-6 pm Executive Dining Room B520, 6th Floor CALL TO RESERVE YOUR SEATING: 757-688-9066 OR SEND EMAIL TO: scott.christman@hii-nns.com, OR: scott.christman@as.edu *Adapted from: http://www.etiquettedynamics.com/business-training/dining-etiquette-2/ 20,
