Dealer Terms and Conditions page 1 of 4 Dealer Terms and Conditions To become a Bluefin dealer, please complete the following documentation. Completed Dealer Application Personal Guarantee Federal Tax ID Copy of State Resale Tax Certificate Store photos (For Marketing and Promotion on Social Media for new stores) We accept fax, snail mail, or electronic versions of the above. If sending electronically please verify that an actual handwritten signature is on the appropriate documents. We will not accept electronic signatures. By placing an order with Bluefin, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions outlined below. Dealer Pricing by Category Bandai Hobby Model Kits • • 40% off MSRP – Base Price, single quantities. 5% off Base Price – For increments of full case qty. Multiple POs shipped at the same time must have carton qty on each PO to receive the discount. Bandai Tamashii Nations / Capcom • • 35% off MSRP – Base Price, Single quantities. Most items. 5% off Base Price - For increments of full cases over 24 pcs minimum, most items. Multiple POs shipped at the same time must have minimum qty on each PO to receive the discount. Square Enix / Kotobukiya • 35% off MSRP – Any quantity, no volume discount GSI Creos • • 40% off MSRP for Paint and Gundam Markers – Any quantity, no volume discount 35% off MSRP for Airbrushes and Tools – Any quantity, no volume discount Preorders • Email solicitations are sent weekly for new items. Please place your preorder PO before the deadline for confirmed qtys. These pre-order qtys are used by Bluefin to obtain products for our Customers. Failure to place your preorders may reduce Bluefin’s ability to supply scarce products to you. • Items where demand exceeds production capacity may be allocated at the PO deadline and will be indicated on the solicitation. Orders for allocated items will not be accepted after the PO deadline. • Preorders are viewed by Bluefin as a commitment, and Cancellations are prohibited. • Customer’s who repeatedly delay shipment/payment of their preorders or may have preorder privileges revoked. • Preordered items will be prepared for shipment immediately upon arrival at Bluefin’s warehouse. Preordered items sitting in Bluefin’s warehouse longer than 7 days are no longer guaranteed, and Bluefin may choose to sell these qtys to other customers at it’s sole discretion. Bluefin * 2967 Michelson Dr. #G113, Irvine, CA 92612-8801 * Phone: 949-553-8800 * sales@bluefincorp.com * revised April 2015 Dealer Terms and Conditions page 2 of 4 Bluefin Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy • Do NOT Advertise Pricing below 11% OFF of BLUEFIN MSRP (not including the price of shipping/freight). • No price restrictions when sold at brick/mortar locations • Do NOT utilize automated pricing scripts that automatically adjust the price. • Do not undercut the market by “pennies”. Even if the market is above MSRP. • If you happen to have a large quantity and feel the need to move the items with a sale please contact us directly for approval. Each case will be decided on a case-by-case basis. • Report violators of this policy Payment Terms • New Customers: All orders must be paid by ACH/Wire Transfer prior to shipment, Credit Card or COD Money Order; a minimum $500 for the first order, $750 if opening for new store, $1000 minimum for Online only sellers. We ask that you continue to use credit card or COD money order for the 3 months or 6 orders (whichever comes later) before we make credit inquiries for terms or other payment options. • Payment via Credit Card is an extra 2% • Payment via COD will be charged an $12.50 COD fee. • Due upon receipt: Payment is made upon receipt of goods, a transit allowance of 2-14 days (based on geographical location) is considered before an account is “past due”. • 15% refusal/restocking fee plus shipping cost will be charged to any refused COD package. • Short paying of Invoices is strictly prohibited. In the event of shortages or damage claims, Bluefin will issue a Credit Memo after approval on a case-by-case basis. Damages not reviewed and approved through Bluefin’s RMA inspection process will not be credited. • Returned checks: All returned checks will result in a $25 returned check fee, which will be added to the dealer account. Bluefin reserves the right to make no further shipments on an open account. • Overdue accounts: A 1.5% monthly (18% APR) interest fee is assessed for overdue accounts. Bluefin reserves the right to make no further open shipments to an over due account until the balance is paid in full. • Credit Terms: All requests for credit terms must go through an approval process. Approved customers with terms will be charged an extra 3% for all items. Each box includes up $100 insurance. Additional insurance coverage must be specified at time of order. • Freight: Shipping charges will appear on your invoice. Orders totaling at least $300 will receive a 50% freight discount. • Freight discount applies only to primary shipping address on file and Hotel’s and Convention Centers. Primary shipping address can be changed once every 30 day period. • Shipments to Hotels or Convention Centers will charged an extra $15 fee. • Residential Addresses include applicable residential fees from the Carrier. • Special Shipping Service: If expedited shipping in the USA is requested such as Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, FedEx, the full amount for these charges will apply. • Shipping Discrepancies: Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped to the number of boxes received before signing for a shipment. All discrepancies including, shortages, incorrect shipment, damaged merchandise, lost boxes, missing parts, and defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. • Damaged Boxes: If a box appears damaged upon arrival, it must be reported to the driver immediately. Please follow the carrier’s instructions and call us immediately. The original shipping box must be kept for inspection by the carrier and the claim must detail the damaged items. Credit can only be issued if these procedures are followed. Please also take photos of all damages. RAM#s will be issued for Damaged items. • Shortage or Incorrect shipment: Please contact us immediately (within 7 days) and request a return authorization number (RMA#) for the incorrect item. If the correct/missing item is in stock (domestically) we will send the missing item to you free of charge otherwise a credit will be issued to your account. • Collect Shipments: Bluefin will ship via your collect carriers if requested. Collect shipments that have carrier Damage are not covered by Bluefin, and you will need to file a claim with your carrier directly, in the event of damages or other related transportation issues. Return Policy • No returns. As these products are being imported directly from Japan no return or exchanges will be allowed. Only in instances of damage on shipment, defective merchandise or incorrect shipment may products be returned. • All merchandise returned to our distribution center must have a return authorization number (RMA#), which is obtained by e-mailing or calling Bluefin. Any merchandise returned without the RMA# will be refused and the sender takes full responsibility for any loss or damage. It is the responsibility of each dealer to judge the validity of each case. • All defective products must be returned to Bluefin within 30 days for proper credit to be applied. • Defect Returns must include the following information: Date of Purchase, Date of Return, Customer Name, Address and Contact Phone Number. • If Bluefin finds no defect or the item has been damaged or broken due to abuse or improper use by the customer no credit will be applied. • Retailers can inform Consumers to contact Bluefin directly by email for replacement parts or exchanges on defective Bandai/Capcom products. customerservice@bluefincorp.com This email address is conveniently labeled directly on all qualifying products.
