Spinning® – This is an indoor, stationary cycling class that combines basic cycling movements with
motivational coaching, breathing awareness, and heart rate training. This non-impact, individually
paced cardio class will definitely move you! This 45-minute class is designed for all levels, beginners to advanced, or those of you with little time. It is necessary to bring a towel and water to this class!
Please bring a water bottle and towel to class.
Refrain from any cell phone use during class.

The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval
training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic
instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend
athlete to the hard-core competitor!
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 50-minute workout challenges all your major
muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and
your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and
simple movements on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks
that shape and tone your body.
If you are looking to increase the intensity of your workout and drive phenomenal results, the circuitstyled functional training of BODYSTEP Athletic is the class for you! The Athletic variation uses short
bursts of circuit- inspired functional training in the first half of class and there is also an athletic circuit track featured
towards the end of the workout.
This 30-min core workout really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your
lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in
injury prevention, helping you run faster, play harder and stand stronger! Bring a water bottle and mat to this class.

The same CXWorx format plus 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training
(HIIT) that improves your cardiorespiratory fitness and increases muscular endurance and power through the efficient
use of plyometric and integrated functional exercises.
ZUMBA® ’s easy dance routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training that tone and sculpt the
body and maximize caloric output. FUN!! Open to everyone! No previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary.

Seniors - This class is for active older adults. The format brings together both low impact aerobics and weight
training for a well-rounded workout with great benefits for the active older population.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range
of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Yoga - Using this age-old practice,improve strength,flexibility and balance. All fitness levels are welcome.
