Summary of the Position:
The Office Manager position is responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related
activities including the reception area, purchasing requests, facilities management, technology
procurement, travel booking/management and calendar scheduling. In addition, the Office Manager
works to support the Caprē team including the Senior Consultants, Principals and the President.
The Office Manager plays an important role at Caprē Group by:

Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both
internally and externally to maintain professional image

Negotiating the purchase of office supplies, equipment etc., for the entire staff in accordance
with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions

Managing the day-to-day building operations (such as distributing building access keys,
communicating with building management, supervising the maintenance of office equipment
and facilities)

Assisting with day to day management of technology (phones, computers, internet etc…)

Planning team and client events

Participating as needed in special department projects

Maintaining all office calendars and companywide scheduling

Booking and tracking travel for Principals and President

Working with Accounts Payable and Payroll department to ensure travel and expenses are
coded and billed to the correct client or budgetary item.

Assisting HR manager onboarding new employees, managing benefits and other HR related
duties
Qualifications / Experience:
•
Two or more years of experience with Office Management
•
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.)
•
Organization, problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively
•
Ability to independently manage time and commitments across multiple projects, but
understand when to seek additional information or guidance
•
Friendly and outgoing with superior communication skills, both verbal and written
•
Strong work ethic with desire to continuously learn and improve
•
Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
•
Experience with additional tools such as SharePoint and Survey Monkey a plus
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, intellectually agile, well organized and energized by
the fast and sometimes unpredictable nature of the consulting environment.

Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary: $45-55K plus up to 10% bonus
