Carlisle Bicentennial Celebration WHAT: WHEN: Carlisle Bicentennial Celebration; Carlisle, Indiana June 10 – June 14, 2015 WHERE: Downtown Carlisle, Indiana PLEASE KEEP THIS INFORMATION FOR FURTHER REFERENCE NOTICE: Please note that we would love to have you join us for the entire event; however, due to the work week we understand that you may only be available for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Please indicate on the application what days you will be participating. BOOTH SIZE: 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 20’, and 10’ x 30’ (The space cannot exceed the amount that you buy. 10’ x 10’ means exactly that! Please see pricing information. SET-UP: Nothing will be provided for you except the space for your booth (and electricity, if needed). You may want to consider overhead protection from the summer sun and heat, in addition to your chairs, extension cords, and normal booth set-up. Your booth must be anchored with sandbags or concrete buckets weighing at least 40 lbs per leg. This will be checked every evening. Vendor set up for vendors participating 10th-14th will begin at 12 pm on June 10 to open by 4 pm Vendor set up for vendors participating 11th-14th will begin at 8 am on June 11 to open by 12 pm Vendor set up for vendors participating 12th-14th will begin at 6 am on June 12 to open by 11 am Before the scheduled event, Carlisle Bicentennial Celebration Committee will email you additional information pertaining to this festival. IT IS ALSO IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ARE SET UP AND HAVE ALL VEHICLES REMOVED FROM THE AREA ASAP FOR THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE AREA OF THE FESTIVAL! We ask that all booths remain in position until the festival closes each day. In the event that you depart early without prior permission, your application will not receive consideration for future festivals. DEADLINE: Your booth reservation form, along with your check, must be received by May 22, 2015. Reservations will be accepted after that time only if space permits. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: You must send a photograph of your booth showing the items you wish to display with your application, as this is a JURIED EVENT. We will expect to see the items for sale at the event that you have described on your application. Carlisle Bicentennial Celebration Committee will make final determination on whether your items will be accepted, and if your booth will be part of our Arts & Crafts, Antique section. Please note the following types of items are not allowed to be displayed at this event: noise makers, silly string, stink bombs, laser pointers, fireworks etc. as these items are considered detrimental to our goal of maintaining a family oriented event. There will be no refunds or cancellations after May 22, 2015. However, if you are forced to cancel and we can resell your space, we will refund your money minus $15 processing fee.
