Causes and symptoms of pasture rundown, management options including legumes and establishment techniques. A field walk will be held through the Berrigurra Sown Pasture Rundown research site on Thursday. Steven Bray, Grazing Land Scientist, DAF Regrowth has impacts on cattle productivity and carbon. Regrowth also has an impact on cattle productivity however if managed correctly can have benefits to livestock productivity. Don’t miss this opportunity to see first-hand some of the research and development that is taking place in your own back yard, and to hear from local graziers what they are doing to combat these issues.
