CIS Appoints Guy Merritt as Chief Development Officer
Innovative technology development executive to drive CIS’ outsource solutions
RALEIGH, NC, March 16, 2015 – CIS, a leading healthcare compliance and revenue optimization firm, today announced the
appointment of Guy Merritt as Chief Development Officer. Guy joins the executive management team and will lead the
company in the areas of product development, integration, information technology and quality assurance. He brings over 30
years of experience in product development, project management and operations, and systems engineering.

Prior to joining CIS, Guy was Vice President of Wireless Products Group at Spirent Communications, where he led a team of
over 200 developers, product managers and engineers charged with developing wireless technology solutions for the world’s
leading providers of wireless infrastructure, devices and carrier services. Previously, while Vice President of Product
Development at Entourage Systems, Guy and his team developed and commercially released the world's first dual screen
tablet supporting the Android mobile operating system. Guy is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he provided
communications support for national command authorities.
