If yes, then we have an opportunity for you. What will your day look like? As a "Make Safe Admin Coordinator", you will be part of a team in our restoration division, Siemsen Restoration. You will communicate with our customers and clients (inbound as well as outbound calls) to keep capture information and arrange Make Safe Repair. You will be based in our Head Office at Matraville and will be accountable for logging claims, coordinating with Trades and booking inspections. You will also be key contact for client inquiries and will process invoices and supporting documents. You will also assist in administrative work such as data entry, filling and reporting, etc. To be successful in this role you will need traits such as Accountability, Ownership, Flexibility and the Agility to handle and thrive in a fast paced environment. Your Objectives Manage Make Safe Inbox. Log & allocate new claims Coordinate with Technicians and arrange Make Safe Repairs. Prepare client invoices. Respond to client/customer/trade related queries (inbound phone calls/emails). Gather required information from technicians (outbound calls). Data entry – updating file notes, internal and external systems, external and internal reports and systems. Desired Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Efficient in data entry/typing. Efficient with computer skills (eg: word, excel, outlook). High attention to detail. Highly organised individual. Ability to work unsupervised. Insurance industry experience desirable.
