MEETING NOTICE
The Kent County Levy Court invites you to attend a Homeowner Association Forum on
Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.
Two presentations are planned:
1. Kent County Crime Watch. Crime Watch is a partnership between Kent County
communities and the Delaware State Police that seeks to promote a safe environment to live
in while working together as communities. If your community is not currently a member of
Kent County Crime Watch, this is an opportunity to learn more about the organization and
how participation might benefit your neighborhood.
2. Common Interest Community Ombudsman. Deputy Attorney General, Christopher Curtin
has recently been appointed as the Common Interest Community Ombudsman and will
discuss the responsibilities of his newly created office. In short, the Ombudsman is charged
with education and outreach; providing methods of alternative dispute resolution; and
receiving and investigating complaints regarding potential violations of the law, regulations,
or documents governing a common interest community.
Again, the forum is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Levy Court
