The Department of Commerce invites tender for supply of Copy printer ink and Master Rolls from the authorized dealers as per details given in the table below which are generally purchased on month-to-month basis: Name of the Master Roll and Copy Printer ink 5/. No. 2. Name of items / specification 1 Copy Printer Ink Riso MZ 7700 AG 2 3. Master Roll Riso MZ 7700 AG Master Roll Riso EZtype 330A Rate per Unit Firms, who fulfill the following criteria may apply: (i) The dealer should have at least three years of experience of supplying of Copy printer ink and Master Rolls in at least 3(three) Government Ministries/Department, in each of last three years. (ii) The total turnover of the firm during the last three financial years should be above 60(sixty) lakhs. (Copy must be enclosed) (iii) The firm should not have been blacklisted by any Ministry/Department Government of India. (iv) Authorization of the certificate must be enclosed with the tender documents. 3. Local Interested parties may send their quotations quoting rates for all the items with complete details about the Copy printer ink and Master Rolls as mentioned in the para 1 above. The selected tenderer would be required to supply Copy printer ink and Master Rolls at Gate No. 14, Stationery Cell in basement, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi. 4. The rates quoted should be valid till 31.03.2016. 5. Sealed quotations, duly subscribed "Quotation for Copy printer ink and Master Rolls" and addressed to the undersigned may be sent in sealed cover or may be deposited in the Tender Box kept in Room No.27-C, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi - 110 107 not later than 3:00 PM on 27.04.2015. Quotation received after stipulated date / time shall not be entertained. The quotations will be opened on the same date at 4 PM in Room No. 27-C, Udyog Bhawan, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may wish to be present. 6. An earnest money of Rs.l0,000/- has to be deposited in the form of bank draft drawn in favour of US(CASH),Department of Commerce, New Delhi along with the quotation The earnest money will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers on finalization of the contract. Successful tenderers will have to deposit security money in the form of Bank Guarantee/ Fixed Deposit valid for a period of sixty days beyond the date of contractual obligations. Security money will be forfeited if the firm fails to perform any of the terms or conditions of our tender enquiry. 7. The following terms and conditions may be kept in view while submitting the bid:a) The firm should be in a position to supply Copy printer ink and Master Rolls mentioned in the para 1, on very short notice as and when needed. b) The Copy printer ink and Master Rolls should be delivered to this Department at Gate No. 14 basement (Stationery Cell), Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi. c) The owner / firm should be available on his own direct telephone (office as well as mobile phone). The firm should be able to provide Copy printer ink and Master Rolls on Holidays also. d) No request for escalation of rates would be entertained. e} The Copy printer ink and Master Rolls should be of standard make. In case it is noted that the items are nott of standard make, it would be open for the Department to cancel the contract forthwith & forfeit the security. f) The firms must be registered with Delhi VATTax Department. g) The firm/company should submit the duly attested photocopies of documents related to PAN Number, TIN Number, Service Tax Numbers, Undertaking in favour of eligibility criteria mentioned in para 2 above. h) Incomplete quotations in any manner will not be accepted and are liable to be rejected. 8. Preference shall be given to the Micro and Small Enterprises registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The Micro and Small Enterprises quoting price within price band of L 1 + 15 % shall also be allowed to supply a portion of requirement by bringing down their price to Ll price if Ll price is from someone other than a Micro and Small Enterprise. 9. The tender is subject to 2005 which enables a bidder to rejection of its bid. Accordingly, the request is received in writing the provision of Rule 160(iO of General Financial Rules, question the bidding conditions, bidding process and/or enquiries in this regard by a bidder will be responded if timely in GA Section of this Department. 10. Tenderers may please quote their rates for items mentioned in para 1. Cutting / overwriting, if any, should be countersigned. 11. The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
