ORDER
Shri Aditya Narain states that his client has made available the
approved building plans but the same are required to be sorted out for locating the
site in question and that exercise is likely to take some time. He requests that
further hearing of the case may be adjourned by 4 weeks.

This is an application by the complainant for issue of directions to
Respondent No. 1 – Non applicant No. 1 to place on record Annexures to sale deed
dated 9.12.2013 as mentioned in para 3 of the application.
Shri Aditya Narain, learned Counsel for the respondents states that so far as
the Item No. I is concerned, the Tribunal has already issued direction for production
of the approved building plans. He further states that documents referred to at Item
Nos. II, III and IV are part of the commercial buyers’ agreement executed by the
parties and the same is available in Vol. 4 of the paper book.
In view of the statement made by Shri Aditya Narain, no order is required to
be passed on this application and the same is disposed off.
