SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS – MAY/JUNE/JULY - 2015

The students who wish to appear for the above examinations commencing from 18-05-2015 are
informed to note the dates of exams as per the time table displayed on the notice boards. The
detailed dates of exams are as follows.
R12 – 2013 ADMITTED BATCH :
B.Tech II Year II Sem Main.
- 18-05-2015 to 29-05-2015
B.Tech II Year I Sem Supple. - 11-06-2015 to 18-06-2015
B.Tech I Year II Sem Supple. - 22-06-2015 to 03-07-2015 **
B.Tech I Year I Sem Supple.
- 23-06-2015 to 05-07-2015 **
** The Time Table for B.Tech I Year II Sem Supple & B.Tech I Year I Sem Supple will be issued
later on. However, the students of 2013 admitted batch have to pay the Exam Registration Fee of
the above TWO exams also along with other exams registration fee at a time.
Note: The students who registered for supplementary examinations have to submit the Xerox
copies of original Marks Memoes/ down loaded Marks Memoes along with application form.

The revised rates of Exam Fee to be collected from the academic year 2014-15 is
displayed on the Notice Board.
The count of Supplementary exam that the student is appearing during
April-July, 2015 is also displayed on the Notice Board governing batch wise
(i.e.,2011, 2012 & 2013 admitted batches).
Note :
1. Hall Tickets will be issued on the day of main/Supple. examinations only to the eligible candidates
who fulfilled the academic regulations.
2. The Condonation fee is Rs.300/- per candidate.
3. Students who have registered for the main examination but not satisfied the attendance
criterion/detained by the college will not be issued hall-ticket even if they have registered for the
examination.
