Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 2015 DBA AGM will be held at the Isca Centre, Exeter at 10.30 am on Sunday 14 June 2015, followed by
the County Swiss Teams competition. Any resolution for submission to the A.G.M. must be proposed and seconded and sent in writing to
the Association’s Hon. Secretary by 17 May 2015. Nominations for the posts of Chairman, vice-Chairman, Hon. Treasurer and Hon.

GENERAL (full rules and regulations in Rule Book)
Agreements up to and including Level 4 (Blue Book) will be permitted in all Devon Bridge events unless otherwise specified on
event notices or in the Rule Book. All competitions shall be played in accordance with The Laws of Duplicate Contract Bridge as
adopted by the English Bridge Union. If a disqualification occurs and if prize money is involved, that money is distributed according
to the amended final results. Only players whose primary county is Devon can enter Devon Teams and Devon Pairs. Other Devon
and Section events are open to members of Devon and, by a reciprocal arrangement, Cornwall. The Devon Winter Pairs is also
open to visitors to Devon. The Devon Air Ambulance Simultaneous Pairs is open to all affiliated and non-affiliated clubs. The start
time for two session events is now 11 am and the estimated time of finish is 6.30 pm.
Times and venues were correct as of July 2014 - please check nearer the date, especially for those from February onwards. To find
the Isca Centre enter Exeter Arena into your SatNav NOT Isca Centre.
Notes below refer to the Rule Book and amendments.
DEVON BRIDGE events are in capitals to distinguish from other (licensed) events. Those marked with an asterisk count towards the Victor Ludorum Cup (see Note
1). Full rules, regulations and notes are in the Rule Book. +marks events open or partially open to non-members of DBA.
