How to Use 7-Eleven`s Cliqq Kiosk to Load the e-Pass

There are two ways to load the e-Pass in 7-Eleven: through their kiosk called Cliqq or through the
7-CONNECT system via their cashier. Please scroll down to know the procedures on how to do both.
How to Use 7-Eleven’s Cliqq Kiosk to Load the e-Pass
1. On the Cliqq Homepage, press the
load button.
2. When it goes to the E-LOAD page,
press the e-Pass button located on
the lower right side.
3. Choose the denomination: P500,
P1,000, and P2,000. Should you
need an amount greater than
P2,000, kindly make another
transaction after getting the
receipt.
4. After choosing a denomination,
please enter your 16-digit e-Pass
number on the keypad.
Please verify the details the on the
screen by clicking ‘next’. If there
are changes, please press ‘back’.
5. The screen will summarize the
details of your transaction. Press
‘next’ to claim the receipt. Should
there be changes, press ‘back’.
6. Please claim receipt with barcode
then present to the cashier and pay
accordingly. The cashier will scan
the receipt and in doing so, he or
she loads the amount to your
account and tag. Your load will be
ready to use in an hour.
You may check your balance on www.epass.com.ph by registering your tag kit. Your tag kit
details will be verified by the e-Pass team within 24-hours. You will see your tag kit’s verified
status when you log-in within this time frame.
How to Use 7-Eleven’s 7-CONNECT to Load the e-Pass
1. Approach the cashier and ask to purchase e-Pass load via their 7-CONNECT system.
2. Provide him or her with your 16-digit e-Pass number along with your preferred
denomination (P500, P1,000, and P2,000 only). In case you need to load an amount greater
than P2,000, please make another transaction.
3. Kindly give your payment to the cashier. The load will be ready to use within an hour or
less. Kindly keep the receipt for future concerns. You may call the hotline (02) 888-8787
for questions.
4. You may check your balance on www.epass.com.ph by registering your tag kit. Your tag kit
details will be verified by the e-Pass team within 24-hours. You will see your tagkit’s
verified status when you log-in within this time frame.
