The Emerging Leaders Alliance is a partnership
among leading engineering, research and
science-based organizations that provides
high quality leadership training. NACE
International has joined the ELA to
offer young professionals within
NACE valuable training to promote
the development of great leaders to
guide the corrosion industry.

selected young professionals to
attend the 2015 Emerging Leaders
Alliance Conference in Reston, Virginia.

Applicants must be current members of NACE
International in good standing, work full time
in the corrosion industry (full time students not
accepted), and be 30 years of age or younger.
Applicants 31-35 years of age may be considered
if they have less than 5 years of experience in the
corrosion industry. All applications must include
a letter of support from your supervisor indicating
that your company of employment will endorse
your participation in the conference.

NACE International will sponsor conference
registration for selected members which includes
conference materials and some meals ($1,500
USD value). Travel and lodging expenses are
not included with registration. Any other costs
incurred will be the applicant’s responsibility.
