EMERGING LEADERS ALLIANCE CONFERENCE The Emerging Leaders Alliance is a partnership among leading engineering, research and science-based organizations that provides high quality leadership training. NACE International has joined the ELA to offer young professionals within NACE valuable training to promote the development of great leaders to guide the corrosion industry. NOV. Applicants 31-35 years of age may be considered if they have less than 5 years of experience in the corrosion industry. All applications must include a letter of support from your supervisor indicating that your company of employment will endorse your participation in the conference.
