Entry fee is $10.00 per contestant, not category. For example, if you enter the Pork Rib and
the Chicken Category, your fee is still $10.00
Strict guidelines will be imposed. Guidelines will be announced in the 2015 Rules Manual. The Fondy Food Center (FFC)
reserves the right to reject any application. If your application is not accepted, your money will be refunded. However, no
refunds will be made once you have been accepted into the contest. Any photographic or video images taken of your
team become the property of the FFC and may be used for promotional purposes. Contestant agrees to indemnify and
hold the FFC, its employees, agents, and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against the FFC, its
employees, agents, and volunteers including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages, or
reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with (1) any structure erected by Contestant, (2) any apparatus,
equipment, or personal property used by the Contestant, (3) any act of omission on the part of Contestant, its agents,
invitees, participants, representatives, employees, servants and agents, and (4) any claims made on account or resulting
from Contestant’s participation in the contest.
All contestants are required to pay a $10 Entry Fee. A check for the entry fee must be received with every application and
postmarked or hand-delivered to the address below. Space is limited and will be allotted on a first come, first served
basis.
