Troop Reward A Day of Fun at Kalahari Water & Theme Park
Who Earns It?
Troops with a cookie selling average of 195 boxes per girl SELLING earn the troop reward.
When Can We Go? THREE DATES AVAILABLE
You choose from three dates:
- Sunday, May 17
- Sunday, May 31
- Sunday, June 7
How Does My Troop Redeem the Reward?

You will receive a letter from Badgerland Council the week of April 6 with registration details.
Register your troop for the event on E-Biz starting Friday, April 10. Look for the Kalahari Troop Reward.
Registration for each date is first come, first served so if your troop wants a particular date then register early.
YOU MUST REGISTER ON E-BIZ TO GET KALAHARI PASSES.
Who Can Attend as Guests of Badgerland Council?
- All girls in the troop who participated in the Cookie Program
- Enough Girl Scout registered and background checked adults to meet adult-to-girl safety ratios:

Seniors/Ambassadors
TWO unrelated, registered and background checked adults Plus ONE additional registered and background checked adult

Can Additional Troop Parents Attend?
Yes. Troops may register additional parents (beyond adult/girl ratio) to accompany the troop. The cost is $25 per additional adult,
over the adult/girl troop ratio. Additional adults who would like to attend do not have to be registered members or background
checked but are officially only in charge of their daughter. These additional adults must be paid for IN ADVANCE through the
“Kalahari Troop Reward - Additional Adults Only” event in E-Biz.
Can Girls in the Troop Who Didn’t Sell Cookies Attend?
Sorry. This is a reward for participating in the Cookie Program.
What about Siblings of Girls who are Going? Can They Tagalong?
Sorry. This is a reward for the Girl Scouts! No siblings.
How Do We Get Our Kalahari Wristbands?
You’ll get your wristbands at the Kalahari on the day of your trip.

All you want to know about the Cookie Program Kalahari Troop Reward!
Details & Helpful Hints About Your Day at the Kalahari
• Check-in anytime between 9am-1pm.
• Plan ahead with everyone in the troop to coordinate the meet-up time.
• Once the troop is on-site, have one or two leaders check in the group.
• Girl Scout check-in will be held in the hallway by Brew Pub.
• Troops are encouraged to park in that area - it will be easier to find a spot.
• Wristbands and Kalahari Fun Patch will be distributed to the troop at Girl Scout check-in.
NOTE: They will not be distributed individually.
• The water and theme park is open 9am-11pm.
• The theme park ride band DOES NOT include bowling or video/arcade games.
• Towels are available in the waterpark free of charge to all guests.
• Life jackets are available in the waterpark at no cost.
• Lockers are available to rent at the waterpark: $10 for the locker key plus a $10 deposit. The\
deposit is returned when the key and receipt are returned to the waterpark desk.
• Bring extra cash for food and meals. No carry-in food or beverages is permitted.
(Exception permitted for food allergies.)
• If your troop wants to make an overnight of this outing, make reservations directly with Kalahari.
• A friendly reminder that there is no alcohol permitted during this outing.
