All Advertisers:
Pre-payment is required for the first quarter for any
new advertiser.
Cancellation:
The cancellation of ads will result in a $250
administrative fee plus 50% of the cost of the
remainder of ads left in the contract.
Design & Typesetting:
Available for an additional fee.
Display Ad Submission:
Electronic material, Full color (CMYK), PDF files
distilled for press optimization. All fonts must be
embedded. Also accepted EPS, TIF or JPEG formats.
AI files accepted with all fonts converted to outlines.
All ads submitted must be exactly to size according
to above specifications. Please email submissions to
advertise@hbagc.com with reference to Building
News andquarter for insertion. Building News, HBAGC
and Brandit360 are not responsible for the output of
any ads not submitted as described above.
Binding: Saddle stitched
Publication Trim Size: 8-3/8” x 10-7/8”
Bleed: No additional charge on full page ads.
Placement based on mechanical feasibility.
Publication trim size is 8-3/8” x 10-7/8”. For bleeds,
provide an additional 1/8” on all sides.

All images can be received in jpeg or png format, but
must be 72 dpi. Videos must be .mp4 - 430px X 230px
No liability is assumed as to any instructions received
after closing date. Please verify closing dates with
your advertising representative.
Payment
Ads less than $200/issue must be paid with check
for full contract value in advance of placement
or by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express prior to each placement. All others may
be invoiced with approved credit application. All
payments should be made to HBAGC.
