Aylesbury Stroke Support Group Every Thursday 2.30pm – 4.30pm Free session run with Speech and Language Therapy for people who have suffered from a stroke. Please contact Alison Rimmer on 01494 734742 to join the group. Refreshments available. Aylesbury Town Chaplaincy Every Wednesday 2.00pm – 3.30pm Chaplains provide a listening service to help those going through difficult times, or who just want someone with time to talk. Baby’s First Café Every Wednesday 2.00pm – 3.30pm. Breastfeeding advice service and ongoing support is available. Boxing Club Every Tuesday – Juniors 6.00pm – 7.00pm /Seniors 7.00pm – 8.00pm Boxing sessions for juniors and seniors aged 8 to 17 years. Learn boxing drills and sparring techniques. 50p per child per session Registration Forms must be completed before attending sessions. An initiative run in partnership with the Health Visiting Service offering information, advice and baby weighing. Just drop into The Healthy Living Centre every Wednesday 2.00pm – 3.30pm. Last registration will be 3.15pm. Children’s Party Catering Would you like to take the stress out of your child’s birthday party? We have special menus for children and if you hire one of our rooms we can also offer a hot buffet. Birthday Cakes made on request. Community Café Come and enjoy something to eat and drink in the relaxing atmosphere of The Healthy Living Centre. The Community Café serves hot food between 8.30am – 4.00pm. Recycling Don’t throw it away – recycle your newspapers, magazines, plastic and cans at The Healthy Living Centre and help support your local environment. Room Hire Do you need a space to have meetings, teach or interview? Also available for family contact, business purposes, children’s parties, counselling sessions. Whatever the need, we have a room for you. Community and Statutory rates available. Room hire starts from as little as £5.00 an hour.
