INTEGRATION
Integration that is so seamless you won’t even notice it.
At InfoTrack we are experts when it comes to integration. Traditionally law firms have used
a variety of software based solutions to run their practices and as technology has evolved,
it has become more and more difficult to maintain efficient integration throughout their
business. This evolution has led to InfoTrack becoming the market leaders in providing
integration between law firm software and online searching.
Our seamless integration works well because it is built into the core of our systems, it
is not an afterthought or a quickly released feature to keep up with competition. If you
are using a practice management system from one of our supported partners, moving to
integrated searching is seamless. There is no development required, simply enable this
feature in your system and you’re up and running. Your user experience with the InfoTrack
website remains the same. This is what we mean when we say ‘seamless’. While other
providers are releasing beta versions of their integration, InfoTrack are delivering stable
and mature solutions to firms of all sizes.

POWERFUL DATA VISUALISATION
17
Perspective is everything.
Wrapping our brains around the incredible masses of commercial data that we, as the
legal industry players of today have to manage, can be labour and time intensive not to
mention daunting at the best of times. Depending on both what you are looking for and
how you want to represent your data, you have a long drawn out process to ensure you
deliver the correct data analysis to your client.
One inaccurately interpreted data feed or an error in reviewing and managing the
commercial information on hand and it could put you on a serious back foot with your
valued client.
The legal industry with all its multitude of players, now more than ever, requires
the undertaking of more sophisticated searching. With the need to search different
government databases and better understand and interpret the content of multiple
searches, it has never been more critical to offer better visualisation of data.
Enter REVEAL
Powered by InfoTrack, REVEAL offers a far easier way of
analysing, interpreting and presenting information that will
save you valuable time and allow you to present information
to your client in an easier and more understandable manner.
Ordering your corporate searches has never been so easy.
Using our InfoTrack system, you will have the ability to extract
and display the data in a visualised format allowing you to
manage your data explosions in a more productive manner.

If you have multiple people in your organisation
signing documents in PEXA, each individual will

CATERING TO
OUR CLIENT’S
NEEDS
We live by the motto that we’re not great until our clients say we are. You and your
needs will always come first - guaranteed.
We wholeheartedly believe that whilst many national law firms have similar
searching requirements, the ability to customise in accordance with your specific
needs can never be underestimated. We understand your daily pressures and we
understand the necessity to drive down your costs. We’ll work with you tirelessly
to get the balance right because we don’t meet our objectives until you meet yours.
LOOKING
AFTER YOU
Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane | Perth
We have a head office in each state who
together with their own teams will be at
your beck and call to ensure you get what
you need to run your firm efficiently.
Simply get in touch, and we’ll be on hand
to support you as and when you need.
