Demystifying Asian Food & Travel
Hi! I’m Jackie M and I’m a former restaurateur, professional cook, presenter, author, publisher,
plus I’m kind of a big deal on social media (just kidding).
My focus and expertise is Southeast Asian Street Food and Travel.
I cook, I write, I shoot YouTube videos, I present on TV, I run Live internet broadcasts (Google
Hangouts-on-Air), and I travel.
I have the largest online following on Google+ in Australia, and I’m ranked by Klout as the #2
most influential Australian Chef on social media.
At the core, I’m the sole parent of a Down Syndrome toddler, Noah, who is the driving force
behind a lot of my work.
I disseminate all my activities to my 1.86 million+ followers both online and offline.
