$100 per player
Registration Deadline is Monday, June 1, 2015
Past participants — to reserve a two-some or four-some in the
event, please send a minimum $100 deposit by this date. The
remaining available golf slots will be filled first-come, first-serve.
Reception Sponsor
*If the Golf Tournament must be postponed due to inclement
weather, JA will contact all golfers the morning of the event. The
Players Reception will be held on June 8, regardless of the Golf
Tournament status. Golfers will receive a voucher for future play.
No refunds will be issued due to the postponement of the Golf
Tournament because of inclement weather.
