_______ I am choosing to become an active part of student leadership at Jasper High School. I am committed to serving my

includes, but is not limited to, following the Student Code of Conduct at all times.
_______ I understand that inappropriate behavior, either at a school sponsored event or otherwise, can result in my dismissal
from Student Congress. A “Three Strikes You’re Out” rule will be enforced throughout the year.

_______ I understand that I will be attending the summer leadership workshop near the end of the summer break.
_______ I understand that as a member of the Executive Council I will have Student Congress as a class for which I will
receive a grade. My grade will be based on my participation in events and other assignments. We will have projects and
quizzes/tests that will count towards my grade in addition to STUCO/school related projects.
