GENERAL MANAGER Requirements: • Graduate in Engineering • Candidates with Post graduate qualification in Management will be given preference • Minimum 25 years of professional experience with a successful track record of which 5 years shall be at a senior management position preferably in a consultancy /engineering/project oriented organization. • Must possess skills and experience in Project Management, and candidates with professional PM certifications will have an advantage. • Attributes like a pleasing personality, strong communication and networking skills to deal with clients, contractors and other stake holders. • A team player with strong leadership traits, impeccable integrity and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: • To support the management team in providing leadership and deliverables towards the Company goals and Group objectives. • Plan/direct/supervise and control all commercial, technical and administrative functions of the projects and programmes engaged by the Company. • To oversee the functions of Group Heads and team members towards delivery of projects, on-time and within budget. • To liaise with clients, contractors and vendors and other stake holders like Governmental agencies, Civil society, etc., facilitating smooth project implementation. • To lead an inspired team with high level of dynamism, commitment and diligence, imbibing innovation in processes and technology. 2. JT. PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT Requirements: First Class Graduates/Post graduates in Engineering/Management/Business Administration with minimum 18 years of professional experience. Must possess strong technical and project management skills for effective coordination with project teams and clients. Good communication skills, oral and written. Experience and acumen for preparation of project reports, project status and review reports for communication amongst various stake holders. Planning, organizing and scheduling skills to co-ordinate various meetings related to project activities and providing adequate background information to participants in advance. Responsibilities: • To provide effective consultancy services, demonstrating efficiency and confidence to clients, consultants and management, on the project processes. • To provide clients with technical and scientific advice as well as the tools to solve problems and improve business. • To ensure that project's specifications and implementation comply with statutory regulations. • To work with clients to analyze problems and recommend solutions in time. • To monitor, check and ensure that projects are completed according to agreed parameters, within specified cost and time, while adhering to agreed quality standards.
