Breakfast service with Niseko Gourmet recognises everyone’s daily agenda whether it
is a leisurely, indulgent affair or an energy fuelled start to an active day.
3300JPY per person. Includes 8% consumption tax.
Throughout breakfast you will be attended to by two members of our team. Your
breakfast chef will provide delicious menu’s using fresh local produce and is assisted
by a breakfast host who will ensure your every need is attended to.
To start is a buffet of freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, homemade toasted
muesli, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices and a selection of tea and coffee.
To follow please choose one cooked item per group per day from our breakfast
menu.

Sushi course
Sushi Master Kamada will prepare and serve 8 pieces of sushi per person from a
traditional sushi bar that will be set up in your property. Scallop, salmon, chutoro
tuna, maguro tuna, white seasonal fish, mackerel, sweet prawns and egg are included
in the service.
Sukiyaki or shabu shabu course.
To follow choose from either sukiyaki (soy, mirin broth) with wagyu beef shoulder loin or
shabu shabu (konbu broth) with pork shoulder loin, chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leek,
carrot, enoki, tofu, noodles and accompaniments.

Niseko Gourmet uses the freshest possible ingredients combined with classic French
technique to create a unique and interesting dining experience.
8900JPY per person. The International dinner menu includes an aperatif with local
cheeses, entrée, main, dessert, tea and coffee. Some menu’s attract a supplement of
¥1000.
Choose one dish from each starter, main and dessert. Please choose only one of each
course per group reservation.
Wine has been matched to each course by our Tokyo wine sommelier and is available
for purchase by the bottle.
Dietary requirements. We are happy to provide for vegetarian, celiac and other
guests’ dietary requirements. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Special events. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional requirements
and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Buffet style. All menu’s can be enjoyed in buffet style for larger groups and more
relaxed occasions.

Children’s dinner menu.
At Niseko Gourmet we create a fun and delicious dining experience for your
children. Our Niseko Gourmet host will set the table and supervise your children’s
two course dinner that has been prepared from fresh ingredients in full view of the
kids.
Priced at 3200JPY per child, early evening children’s dinners are served at 6pm and
usually cleaned and tidied by 7pm, leaving both parents and other guests to enjoy
their dinner later in the evening in a relaxed environment.

Grocery delivery
Niseko Gourmet offers a grocery delivery service with groceries delivered to your
door at supermarket prices.
The total price of grocery delivery is charged at the purchase price of the supermarket
items on the day of purchase and is subject to a 25% service fee plus a standard
5000JPY delivery fee. For groceries delivered to your door in Niseko download the
Niseko Gourmet grocery delivery form from www.niseko-gourmet.com or email and
return your completed order to concierge@niseko-gourmet.com.
Nabe delivery 3500JPY per person
Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leek, carrot, enoki, cotton tofu, fish (cod or
salmon depending on market), chicken or pork (please choose), tsumire, maloney,
udon, dashi and ponzu.
Includes rental of the nabe pot, gas stove and 1x gas. The nabe comes with complete
instructions supplied in English.
Additional options are oysters, clams, crab, scallops, shrimp, udon and tofu.
Sushi delivery
Prepared fresh in the Niseko Gourmet kitchen by Sushi Master Kamada choose any
combinaton of sushi items from the below menu.
30000JPY. 80 pieces of sushi including 10 pieces each of chutoro fatty tuna, scallop,
mackerel, shrimp, salmon, maguro (tuna), snapper, egg roll.

Japanese cooking workshops.
Monday, Thursday and Friday Cooking Workshops 8,400JPY per person
Three hour programs - 11am-2pm
Held in the Niseko Gourmet studio where participants prepare, plate and arrange,
and then partake in a full meal together.
At the conclusion of the course participants will be given a recipe folder including
over 25 recipes from the Niseko Gourmet Cooking Workshops.
Enrolment is limited to 6 people to ensure full participation.
The Niseko Gourmet minibus will collect participants from their accommodation
in either Hirafu, An’nupuri or Niseko Village between 10.40am and 10.50am to
transport them to the Niseko Gourmet cooking studio and return participants at the
completion of the cooking workshop.
Please choose one course per day for your cooking workshop. Courses are chosen on
a first come first served basis, so place your reservation early to ensure you are able to
take the particular course that interests you.
Course one
Japanese home cooking dinner
The Japanese home cooking dinner workshop includes the preparation of miso soup,
tsukemono and the choice of one main dish and one side dish. These dishes are typical
to the Japanese home kitchen, and will provide an insight into the difference between
red and white miso, how dashi is made, the various kinds of tofu and explanations on
other simple Japanese ingredients.

Course two
Japanese supermarket tour and lunch set
This course commences in the Niseko Gourmet studio where participants prepare,
plate, arrange, and then partake in a traditional Japanese lunch set including miso
soup, rice, Japanese pickles and one dish.
The second half of the tour takes you to a Japanese supermarket and is themed
around fresh produce, shelf-stable pantry items and prepared foods. This tour will
demystify many of the unfamiliar ingredients lining the Japanese supermarket
shelves, and provide ideas on cooking with Japanese ingredients.
