HERE - Kruisin` Kanines Dog Agility
Thank you for entering this weekend’s trial, which is Kruisin’ Kanines first voyage into UKI, partnered with PMCC Services LLC, which has put on trials for the most different clubs in the TriState Region. Some things to know about UKI agility and/or PMCC trials: Combined levels: Senior and Championship are combined – exhibitors in each level walk and run the same one course, but each are scored separately. Similarly for Beginner and Novice, same course but separate scoring. Results: will be posted throughout the day with self service ribbons. Results are also sent to all exhibitors by email (in a pdf file) 1-2 weeks after the trial. Masters Winners will be presented in a quick ceremony towards the end of the day. With your UKI online account you can track your progress, but keep in mind it takes about a month before results are posted there, which seems about consistent with AKC and USDAA NFC “Training Runs” – can be decided upon at any time up until you enter the ring. Once in the ring you must announce that you are running NFC (Not For Competition) to the Scribe AND THE JUDGE. You then get standard course time to do whatever you want in a trial environment. On the next pages is some site information and extensive directions copied from the kruisinkanines.com web site; in another attached document is the running order. You can move yourself in the order, except in Masters Tournament, and like most any other organization, Your Dog “a” has to run before your dog “b” if listed in that order in the class. Gate sheets are put out one class at a time to accommodate day of show entries and corrections. Scribe sheets generally are 8 ½ x 11 pages with several dogs on them. We don’t have duplicate scribe sheets. Consider dressing in layers –the forecast calls for low of 53, high of 82 so a light jacket early in the morning might be appropriate. Bring fans for your dog’s crate; the facility is not air conditioned.
