MOTIVACION
A project is defined as the set of activities required to achieve a specific objective within a
framework of scope, time, cost and quality. The Project Management is apply knowledge, skills,
tools and management techniques in order to achieve the proposed goals and achieve results
for a company.
The course is designed for professionals who need to prove their experience and knowledge in
project management or create convenient to prepare and submit the Certification Examination
as Project Manager Professional PMP®, with international recognition, on best practices in
project management.
The certification from the Project Management Institute -PMI®- called Project Management
Professional -PMP®- is the gateway to recognition as a project manager who knows and uses
the best practices, which allows students to develop their career in project management (PM).
PERFIL DEL ESTUDIANTE
The student knows and dominates the guide body of knowledge for project management
(PMBOK®) including good practices, deliveries by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and
determines their vocabularies, framework, process groups, knowledge areas, and code of
ethics, as well as the knowledge, skills, processes, tools and techniques that lead to project
success.

 Provide basic knowledge in management and project management required for the project
manager to prepare and submit the PMP® exam.
 Developing skills that increase the likelihood of success in the PMP® exam.
 Elements PMP Exam Prep (CI - CA ).
 Knows and applies the ten areas of knowledge, the five process groups and the 47 processes,
including the 5th version of the PMBOK, focused towards the PMP exam (CI - CA ).
 Develop tests for each of the ten areas of knowledge ( CI -CA ).
