This workshop is intended to prepare project managers and professionals to sit for the PMP® cer fica on examinaon. The workshop provides a formalized approach that consists of group learning ac vi es and self study. The
workshop is designed to provide the a"endees with a thorough and complete review of the theory of Project Management as detailed in the Project Management Ins tute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK® Guide). A"endees will also receive assessments of learning throughout the workshop along with personal
study strategies. In the workshop, a"endees will iden fy and discuss the Five Process Groups, the Ten Knowledge
Areas, and the 47 Process Areas contained in the PMBOK® Guide. This workshop would fulfill one of the PMP® Exam
applica on eligibility requirements (35 contact hours.)
