MASTERCLASS BACKGROUND
Women in modern times are surpassing social and
cultural barriers, making tremendous contributions to the
advancement of business and community. While many
are rising and taking up pivotal roles in the increasingly
evolving public sector, breaking through unique challenges
and emerging as successful executive leaders in this
arena remains a challenge. With the current concern of
increasing female representation in public sector, women
in public sector must seek this as an opportunity for their
professional growth.
This highly interactive workshop is specifically designed
to provide attendees with practical tips for building and
enhancing capabilities in leadership, communication,
establishing executive presence to excel as an efficient
and female leader in the public sector. Attendees will
benefit from a range of group discussions, practical
exercises, role-play sessions and hands-on activities

TRAINING DELIVERY AND
PRE-COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE
This workshop will be delivered using a three-tiered
approach. The structure of each session is as follows:
1. Technical overview of the topic area under discussion
2. Practical application of management principles in
the review of case studies, worked examples and
interactive exercises
3. Discussion of subject outcomes and implementation
problems
Workshop participants will have the opportunity to include
comments and questions about issues outlined in the
program by way of a pre-course questionnaire. This
feedback will enable the course facilitator to address
individual questions and concerns.

Karolina Gwinner

Consultancy
Karolina is an international speaker, trainer and coach
specializing in charismatic leadership and influential
presentation skills. She helps leaders and aspiring leaders
communicate and lead with impact so that they influence
others and get the results they are looking for. She is well
known among her peers for her engaging speaking style,
great energy and passion for helping others discover and
realize their full potential. Karolina delivers effective training
sessions that are practical, interactive and fun. She is always
excited about learning new things and passing them on to her
students.
Karolina is an owner of two successful training and consulting
companies: Charismatic Leadership and eBuzz Builders.
Karolina developed her expertise while working for numerous
corporations such as Hewlett-Packard in Germany, and Merrill
Lynch and Bank of New York Mellon in Ireland. With her
experience in leadership, business development, marketing
and recruitment, both in the corporate world as well as for
other smaller organizations, she trained and inspired people
from all different walks of life in many countries around the
world.
Karolina is an active member of Asia Professional Speakers
Singapore and she served on the Executive Committee of the
association in 2013/2014. She is also a mentor at a global
public speaking organization Toastmasters International.
Karolina holds a Master’s degree in International Relations
from University of Economics in Poznan, Poland. She
also completed a postgraduate programme in Innovation,
Knowledge Management and Economics Dynamics at the
Aalborg University in Denmark.
